About Me

I’m Olesya Tumanova, an organizer, facilitator, and practitioner specializing in transformational games and meaningful human development. With an academic background in economics, I create engaging and thoughtful experiences designed to inspire personal growth, emotional insight, and deeper connection.

Based in Dubai, I actively support and contribute to the women’s Russian community, helping bring women together through events, workshops, and collaborative gatherings. My work spans community organization, event hosting, and guiding participants through transformational practices that encourage self-discovery and empowered decision-making.

I’m passionate about creating environments where women can connect, reflect, grow, and find new perspectives, whether through structured games, group sessions, or community meetups.
